How do you get a side arm? Online it says to go to the Petra chick in the reef but she didn't sell it. Whoever tells me gets a high five.

The legendary one is a story mission reward. The exotic one is a weapon bounty. You get the bounty as a drop from the 34 or 35 PoE boss.
