I have played since day 1 and have 3 characters... I do everything every week and RNG ALWAYS gives a gally to someone else in my fireteam (someone that already has 5++). I have grinded and grinded for one and still haven't gotten one. It's not that easy to get one to drop with Destiny's shitty RNG system.
