Imo perk 2 is the only mandatory perk. Getting max stabilty makes the gun a laser beam. This can be done with hand-laid stock. The other 2 perks are up to your preferences. Third eye, feeding frenzy, reactive reload(might have gotten name wrong), and head sealer are some of my favorites.
