Caterpillar renders game unplayable

As of a couple days ago the rate of error code occurrences has made it impossible to enjoy Destiny. I have had virtually no issues prior to this. I have 100 plus MB download 30 upload. I have no issues streaming HD video, etc. No disconnections with other devices or games. I have followed precisely all the recommendations in the standard Bungie response with no improvement. This includes: static IP address, the full host of port opening/forwarding techniques, resetting of all types... Nada. My ISP says there are no issues or changes on their end. So now what moderator?
