Has Anyone Received Etheric Light from a Nightfall?
Played Nightfall six times for a total of 18 player run-throughs and not a single Etheric Light has dropped for anyone in the games. I fully admit to being completely inept at PVP and I doubt that I'll ever make it through a level 34 PoE, so the Nightfall appears to be my only shot at Etheric Light.
Is there any chance of having the drop rate increased a bit?

Last week 2/3 of characters got Etheric Light from Nightfall. I really thought my teammates would kill me. LOL

To random. Just smash 34 missions on all characters. Easiest and most solid way if consistently getting them. I have maxed two characters for two armour sets as well as all the weapons I want through the 34/35 strikes.

Edited by Floodgates: 6/10/2015 4:49:47 PMI have ran the Nightfall with my three characters every week since the release of HOW and I haven't had one drop yet. I haven't seen it drop for anyone that I have played with either. It must be a really low chance of it dropping in the Nightfall.

Yeah, I had one drop. Too many friends not playing Destiny to regularly do Nightfalls now, though, and frankly soloing them is a bit boring and tedious. I have a level 34 and frankly, I couldn't care much at all since the most interesting content now is geared to PvP and organized play. Checking out all that story that came out in HoW lol! Looks like the best story content was entirely in the trailer. And that will change? Never. Space invaders for Etheric Light, or whatever grind you have next. That's what you have now.

Keep hoping, but not yet. IMHO there should be 1 guaranteed etheric + the usuall RNG drop for nightfall.

Got one last night for the first time. My friend did not. Last week one teammate got it, two of us did not. Yay for RNG (not really).

Just yesterday, everyone in my fireteam recieved etheric light as a reward in the nightfall.
