If I get this game, it will be for exploring like Skyrim style. When I think of MMO's, I usually think of games with stripped down graphics, faded colors, ect...
Do tell.

Skyrim>ESO

ehhh.. okay... but, can I at least run off by myself and find like a town or cool water fall and stuff, where I can just chill out and enjoy the scenery while I'm poring a glass of wine in the real world?

It's an MMO before anything else. It has similarities but everything is static. NPC's don't do anything and there isn't a great deal to find by exploring except packs of mobs. If you go in expecting an MMO you will be okay, if you go in expecting Skyrim online you might be disappointed.

Edited by ironrussell: 6/9/2015 7:46:52 PMI have played it on the PC and I would have to say no. But it is a good game. I liked the skill development system of skyrim better; but there is a greater diversity of skills in ESO.

Ive read reviews that its nor like it like all the skills in skyrim isnt in eso

Yeah... My advice, don't go into it thinking it's like Skyrim

Edited by Guardian Kaiser: 6/9/2015 5:28:06 PMIt's more mmo than skyrim. You can adventure and explore and everything like skyrim but the mechanics are as mmo as they get. If you like the elder scrolls universe you might enjoy it but if you're not a big mmo fan, it might not last long for you.
