A good player with a thorn is hard to win against. A bad player with a thorn is hilarious. A good player with any gun is hard to win against and a bad player is still bad. I'm sure you've come across both and know the difference. There has been plenty of times where a thorn user unloads 5 to 6 rounds and only hits you once or twice and you go up to them and pretty much melee them down. And then there are those who take you down with a nlb or even suros (yes people still use those!). What's my point? I'm not saying get good or whatever the trolls like to say, I am saying that when a genuinely good player is up against you, their weapon of choice makes little difference. I am not one of those players lol.
