It's an exotic chest piece which main perk relies solely on using your super from the dead. Why does it have Strength and Discipline instead of Intellect?
Update: The main perk used to be something that relied on strength and discipline (it also sounds more interesting) and they change the main perk last minute but kept the stats the same?
Update: ive been reading a lot of people saying this, but does having higher strength and discipline really matter when using Radiance since it recharges them faster anyways?
Also, did you know that when your intellect is at 100%, your super recharges almost 2 minutes faster? And you get twice as much super from kills! That's a pretty big difference than without having Intellect.

3 RepliesWith an item that focuses on Radiance, the idea is that you're going to hold onto it until you die. So you won't be using the super as often, meaning having discipline and strength would be more useful.
