Have primary elemental legendarys made primary exotics less relevant?
I believe that legendary primaries with burn types have essentially nerfed exotic primaries, at least in PvE. Should all primary exotics be given a damage type, too, just to keep them relevant?

I agree with this. The exotic primaries need a burn type to create more options for us. At this time it's best to run with an exotic special or heavy for pve
