Yes, I am a Hand Fannon. But yeah, I didn't know what loner rebel was before it dropped! Quite happy with it, rerolled that and ill will earlier. Can't remember exactly what perks I got, I'll let you know tomorrow. But the perks lean towards stability Edit: Just checked, Final Round and Braced from on them both. Then Hidden hand on ill will and Army of one on Loner. Would've prefered the "precision kill increase reload speed" as the 3rd perk, but I was running out of mats and glimmer
