I hate the new cloaks. The little collar thing bothers me to no end.

Me too. They give you a pointy head, weird collar and are all ragged up and not actually long. I don´t know what happened to cloaks like Shattered Vault/Mantle of Gheleon or the speaker cloaks. I can understand Reef vendors and PoE giving out new style cloaks but why not give some new to the Speaker?
