That outlaw perk negates slow reloads, just gotta land critical shots

Thanks Hell, I think part of the problem is that oracles don't have crit areas and thee I was going black with 2 more to shoot and I'm screaming help! Im gong blind AND reloading, it felt like days at the time :)

I always try and leave a shot or two to shoot an enemy, but in that situation I feel ya 100%
