It's not a act of harassment when you report someone on forums!!! If he/she is cheating should be called out on forums. Don't like it. Do t cheat. Plan and simple

It is not harassment to get reported. It is harassment when people see the thing and then go at them. Example: You believed I cheated you in a match. Maybe I had. You post it up on the forums, people read, people start spamming the thread hate and even sending me messages both on Bungie and on XBL (where I DO play Destiny). THAT is harassment and is NEVER tolerable. Let's say that you were mistaken. Maybe just lag, maybe read the wrong name, maybe just made a human mistake we ALL do. How would you feel then? You got an inoccent man cyber-bullied. Who would be in a crappy place because they didn't shut it down as soon as possible? Bungie. In that scenario, I could sue, and win, against Bungie because I got cyber-bullied because someone on their site said I did a bad thing and they didn't make it not be their anymore. Yup, Bungie gets sued and loses, not you. Kinda messed up, but it's the second half of why Bungie has this in their ToS and other legal digiwork. Protect their beloved fans and consumers and cover their own asses from assholes abusing a -blam!-ed up system.

For that. I will post what ever name I feel. It's not fcking harassment. I still see Bungie posting and they are the worst at harassing. They spam the top on the forums with there crap because they can't fix it. So, yes. You cheat you get out on forums. There CoD, until they learn to follow it and go right up there pie hole

It is absolutely harassment, as is determined by various national laws AND by Bungie. By breaking the laws AND Bungie's ToS and RoC, you put yourself out to be knocked down. By comitting cyber-bullying, you are WORSE than the cheater who ruined a match or few for you as you ruin not merely a game, but their life. The former is why you quietly make a report to companies so they can stop their fun that ruins others' fun. The latter happens when you take matters into your own hands and put their name out for them to get harassed by dozens, if not hundreds, of people.
