Wow, great, here I was thinking that the new editions were not just going to be more halo milking but actually contribute something to the halo lore. Looks like I'm sadly mistaken. So, it seems that a lot of people have an issue with the dates and the number of ships, but did the book actually change anything meaningful? Like the MC not seeing elites until 2552? And the other bajillion other minor mistakes that I notice every time I re-read the novels but always seem to forget what they where later on? Also, I'd just like to say that Halo Legends was terrible. And the Package is just flat out the worst thing to happen to Halo canon. Anyone else thinks that most of Halo: Legends should be retconed? Oh man I can't wait to see how else Halo canon will be -blam!- up in the next few years.
