The fact that they have no fan site of their own, and no way easy way to get in contact with them. So it is not easy for fans to get their criticism across. You could try the Halo Waypoint feedback Forum on [url=http://forums.xbox.com/1980/ShowForum.aspx]xbox.com[/url]. I looked in there, and there does not even seem to be a thread on this. There is also Facebook threads as well, although not everyone has that. It would probably just get locked though. I do not think they allow petitions on xbox.com either.
