Why do you need to have weapons maxed when you don't even play the max level activities? They do max damage on most activities that you do so what's the concern of getting etheric light?

Probably because they paid thee money & want to upgrade even if it's just to run around on patrol!!

A lot of players bought this game day one or before with both DLC packs!!! Before they really knew what was needed!!

Right. As a card carrying member of the Forever-29 club back in the day thanks to RNG, I just gave up on level cap altogether since then. I now have more fun in the game just [i]playing[/i] instead of [i]grinding[/i] all the damn time.
