Boons didnt work in ToO
Went 5-2 for the second time. Left matchmaking to go to reef and get the boons of nercy and the one that buffs your next win to 2 wins.
We lose to a damn good fireteam. Then the game tells us all our passage had been completed. Then it tells us that we have a loss forgiven and displays the splash screen as 5-2.
We get returned to orbit and not able to launch trials. All 3 of our passages were "completed" I dont understand how my next loss was forgiven.
1. Yes we all actually bought the boons.
2. Do the boons only work before you start your first match?
3. It seems like the order of operations for processing losses is out of whack. Ie. the game registers the loss, then the boon of mercy but wasnt able to reverse the loss?
4. All 3 fireteam members had the same outcome.

2 RepliesJust another bug among many in this Expansion. This has happened to me twice. Loss protection failed to work, also equals a waste of coins. While were on Coins, Bungie please add coins as a drop in TOO, juat makes common sense. I lost out on Mercury yesterday becuase I was 1 coin short of buying loss protection. Only had 2 coins overall btw. I think its silly that people cant just jump straight in TOO, without farming Crucible for coins. Either make coins drop in TOO or let me buy them with Motes of Light etc, or both?
