Wasn't the Talos buff broken? It gave me 0% shout time decrease...

2 RepliesSweet mother, sweet mother send your child on to me for the sins of the unworthy must be baptized in blood and fear
-
Whats up Talos! Its been a while......
-
The better argument is: If Talos isn't a god, how come his armor could be used for the Blood of a Divine quest in Oblivion?
-
2 RepliesYou can get blessings (or whatever magical enchantments) from non-gods too. You can acknowledge Talos' existence as an entity but not as a god.
-
1 ReplyIt's this, and if he isn't a god, how did using his armor work as the divine blood for the ritual to get the amulet of kings in Oblivion?
-
3 RepliesYou know how long it took me to kill that guy without being seen?
-
I think if dragons can fly around, you can receive a temporary blessing from a metal statue.
and besides,

we throw pretty rad parties
However, Azura's Shrine is where it's at
-
We get blessings from the shrine, not Talos.

1 ReplyWhy won't you get rid of my vampirism when I get blessings from your alter? Seriously! I always ask you to rid of me being a vampire, but you always do nothing for me! Seriously, vampires suck.
-
6 RepliesThey know Talos is a God. They refuse to recognize him because he ascended to the Nine as a mortal. He wasn't originally part of the Divines.
-
1 ReplyTechnically they wouldn't know if they got a blessing as a reduction in shout cool downs would do nothing for them
-
1 ReplyThis brings back so many memories of me killing that guy in front your shrine. He wouldn't shut up.

1 ReplyDidn't it give you like 0% faster shout rate?

1 ReplyEven khajiit likes lord talos. Lord talos, khajiit wishes to inform you, he killed your priest

Edited by Spirit Wolf: 6/7/2015 3:27:43 PMThalos was a man became god. But, he became god for his actions... And a fan one. I mean people consider him as a god... However Thalmors does not consider him as a god, instead, the fact that other people venerate him as god bothered the Thalmors which imposed the Thalos cult to become illegal.

its like your character has adopted a different way of thinking after praying at the shrine. think of it this way when your character gives a coin to a beggar and you get the gift of charity blessing its because hes walking around with a charity/good deed high all day.
-
Praise be to Talos!
-
3 RepliesHey Talos If you are a REAL god, how come the Dragonborn kicks more ass than you? Checkmate.
-
You sure?
