Lower level/stats don't have anything to do with experience. If they handicapped according to level/stats you would just equip old gear, be at the bottom threshold and get help. Anyone can be 34 in no time with current light mechanics.

Its an end game activity. You want all raids and poe dropped down to level 20 as well. I mean come on. Its way easy to be 34. Everything can be upgraded so rng is no longer an issue.

Thats dumb, people who work to get to there high level which really isnt even hard in the HoW compared to getting 32 in the dark below or even worse getting to 30 in the base game no dlc
