Your statement is untrue bud. I don't understand how people are getting the best weapon in the game from silver package in trials. Or the guy in last place with a kd of 0.4. Or the lvl 28 noob who did poe. But no it does not reward you for skill. I have almost 1000 hours. And have played over hundreds of raids and still no -blam!-ing ghorn. It's annoying when you got people only looking for groups with ghorns this would only make the game more fair for all
