Peregrine Greaves. Adds a 200% boost to shoulder charge while activated in mid-air. It can easily one shot a Titan with armor of light, blade dancer, and even a lock with radiant skin. I've seen the YouTube videos lol

He has to be running and in the air he doesn't have room in a bubble.

I thing he's talking about the new ones that make you do bonus damage with your shoulder charge while in the air. But then he would need to sprint for something like 3 seconds first, and if the titan has a bubble he doesn't have shoulder charge to begin with.
