Only destiny destroys plasmas? I dont quite think so, i had plenty of problems with other games on my old plasma screen.
Playing video games on them are horrible for the tv, as a supposed "educated plasma owner" you should know that continually having images burnt on the screen is horrible for the tv.
LCDs are superior for gaming.

It's not burned, it's image retention. Anything can leave a little retention. As I said, difference is other games retention is light and goes away in a few minutes. Destinys takes weeks with just a few normal gaming sessions. Why, because the static HUD with no transparency along with bright whites and yellows are the worse for plasmas.
