Hackers in PVP
Im Just trying to play the game but people are cheating like this. Help Bungie

Thank you for reporting this. It is actually not a player cheating. This is a very rare situation where players were not all placed into the same instance of the game. Usually the game will correct itself after a few moments but it can last longer. The best thing to do is wait it out. It should only happen in extremely rare instances.
