Pest Control Matrix VS Dispatch I11
I know they are Auto Rifles and could barely stand a chance in PvP... This said, which do you think is better? And what about their Perks? (I must reroll both cause they suck atm)

Dispatch has worse range, aim assist, and stability than Matrix, while both have the same damage/ROF.
