Did they lower Vanguard Dragon Legendary Engram drop rates?
So I decided to spend some time farming legendary engrams with hopes that I'd get an old piece of cooler-looking Vanguard armor for my Warlock. I played about 10 strikes in a row, but neither did I or my teammates ever get a single legendary engram.
This is kinda wierd IMO, since in Vanguard Tiger/Vanguard Roc Legendary engrams dropped pretty consistently (1+ every 3 games).
Did they lower their drop rate? If so then what's the point of doing these strikes anymore?

After I read several posts about the frequent legendary drops I gave Vanguard Tiger a second try during the past week. I received a legendary at the end of the mission. Nonetheless, I don't think that completing this strike is worth the risk of getting next to nothing out of the effort. I would rather use my time for activities such as the Daily Heroic Story.
