Has anyone noticed ...
That the disable/destroy mines in the Prison of Elders are just re-skinned Oracles from Vault of Glass? I noticed yesterday while doing Level 35 PoE, that when shooting a mine with my Fatebringer, it causes extra damage for some reason, the same with Praetorian Foil. It doesn't, however, happen with any other weapons, just VoG weapons.

All VoG weapons do more damage to the mines. I think this is due to the stolen vex technology from the HoW story in the vault of glass. Whenever they appear, they make the same sounds as the oracles

Get two Fatebringers at the same damage and use one without that upgrade and use one that doesn't. OP doesn't realize that THE MINES ARE FALLEN ENEMIES. Read the description of the Hunter Gauntlets Variks sold on Week 1. "Chance to generate orbs when killing Fallen with melee attacks" GO ahead and TEST it if you have these gauntlets. They are not re-skinned Oracles.
