Don't use praedyths revenge on skolas!
For the easiest skolas yet, don't don't don't use praedyths revenge (365). It only does 5k dang with WoL vs ldr and spear at 8k and 12k with final round. Beat him first try the first two times in minutes but couldn't do a thing with two people using praes on the team.... Very frustrating.
Edit: as long as your ldr, spear, or longbow had field scout! Should have mentioned that.
Edit 2: just killed him again. Using ldr's and spear. Learned that field scout isn't even necessary. Killed him before we ran out of sniper ammo. Sooooo easy. Didn't even need heavy. Oh and spear hits for 9200 with WoL. Almost twice PR. Stop using PR!
Edit 3: if you are playing with scrubs, good luck completing Skolas with PR. If you have a good team, you could take him down with whatever void weapons you want. Good luck to those finding a team off of LFG with a team of PR.
Edit 4: I should just rename the post use a PR if you want, but if you are having problems try a higher impact sniper. Enough said.

I wouldve argued against you at the beginnimg of the week seeing as i beat it second try with a PR... But my te at the time carried me with LDR amd her benevolence. you are incredibly right. PR hits for 5k at 365, i used a 331 her benevolence void and it hit for 8k w WOL. Needless to say i spent my etheric light on her benevolence. Thing packs a solid punch. Will use for future skolas void burn.

1 ReplyWell this is a face palm moment. Given the spear has a magazine of 3 while you spend half the time reloading Praedyths Revenge is still putting rounds down range compensating for the lower dps.

I used batman. Hes void solar and arc. Has a perk called (lil bill dmg is increased 50x its normal dmg) lol

I used praedyth's and my team did it in 5 min... Maybe if you want to do it In 30 sec, then don't use praedyth's. If you want to do it left, praedyth's revenge is just fine.

last night when I joined the team at skolas cp and inspected them I was doubtful I have spear with field scout 1 had longbow which is good but wasn't ascended the other had her benevolence not ascended either we still beat it in a couple trys

You don't need field scout but it helps. 3 round final round.
