Dude. Let's be honest. It's not "hard" to complete any bounty. Just because you did the thorn bounty doesn't make the weapon worth the BS. On the other hand I wipe the floor with Thorn users because Last Word is way freaking better. Even thus, thorn sucks on Trials. I don't care about Iron Banner cuz I'll respawn immediately and hunt you down with blink or shoulder charge. But in Trials, where tge pressure is on and the best players on your friends list are yelling to do certain things, you can't just play the vendetta game, and often times it's a one or two death max for players, and losing even one match screws you for the Mercury trip. Thorn is definitely OP. No one should die from that after they've killed the thorn user. Grenades are different because every class has grenades that last forever to achieve a postmortem. AND the grenades are pretty visible so you're an idiot if yiu walk into one and die. Agreed? Nerf thorn. Either make damage + burn equal to the total damage of last word, or give some sort of armor that protects against it, but only from Crucible master, and you have to spend etheric light on it. That sounds fair.

2 hit kill is op no matter how. Ok hawkmoon has a chance for a 2 or even 1 hit but it is a chance. Unless you crouch when hit. Thorn is nearly always a 2 hit kill

The real crutch is the mytho. If you use it in regular crucible or trials I have no respect for you. Iron banner is understandable to a degree but most of these scrubs live off of it because they can't use a real gun

When i started using fusion rifles to get the thorn bounty i was getting killed so often i was running out and charging then trying to shoot, i soon learn that i should try predict where people are and learn my charge rates to get more kills, now this applies to every gun. if i find myself getting killed by shotguns in close quarter combat i just dont put myself in that position and its the same with the thorn because even though i use thorn i still have to kill people who use the thorn as well. If someone wants to stand out in the open while i duck in and out of cover shooting them with my thorn well whos fault is that? i play to the game type of the guns i use, you wont find me rushing close quarter combat with a sniper because thats -blam!-ing stupid you also wont find me hiding close quarters with a thorn because ill get rekt by the felwinters sniper or TLW. I dont cry about shit being OP because i also have access to all those OP weapons just like everyone else does, if i use the thorn thers a 100% chance someone else on the other team will also be using it but its apart of the game and i accept that and play the game for what it is rather then what individual people want it to be.

Thorn and shotgun combo as pussy as it is, it's guaranteed to give you fast easy kills. That's why people use it. Just stating the obvious.. It's my job you know! #SnipersAreLife
