Guya my bounty is in the step to wait but it takes me 2,5 days i know how the max to wait is 2 days is it a glitch or normal? Please anwser me

Its a glitch, only way to fix it is to abandon the Elder Cipher. This worked for me and then there was one in the postmaster and it worked.
