You guys get confirmed etheric light from the prison of elders. Why are you complaining?

You can get a total of 6 etheric light in Prison of elders per week, you can get 9 for trials in like a weekend then you can now get an extra 6 from Iron Banner which will become so easy with the tempering buff and the other character compensation they've now brought in so that's 15 vs 6 etheric light, if you wanna argue that you get etheric light from nightfall then yeah go ahead and get an etheric light from each nightfall that'll totally happen, even in that really unlikely chance it's 9 vs 15 etheric light, that's still the same as you get from trials, so stop complaining about PvE, for iron banner you don't even have to be good and really there's barely anything to spend glimmer on anyway 5000 glimmer is no big deal

Then play friggen iron banner. Get a few people and its 'fun. I know having fun playing video games is a disappearing concept but its still possible if you try.

Edited by JBO: 6/3/2015 5:32:16 AMTry playing it with 5 or 6 friends. Total different experience. I mean you can get rank 3 in a few hours really. Even if you don't like PvP id say that's worth it especially hanging with friends where you will likely have fun even if you don't really like PvP.

Etheric light is not a confirmed item to get from the trials, just as it is not confirmed for nightfalls. They are variables. The ones you can attain confirmed are two per character per week for PVE from the PoE runs, as opposed to two per character per month for iron banner.

Really? Considering most people don't have 3 34s yet and most people haven't even killed skolas yet I'd say you're wrong, go to trials and get 8 wins, with a boon of osiris and favour of osiris and you only need 6 wins to get 2 etheric light, and no matter what people say levels make an almost negligible difference I'd say two etheric light guaranteed from a potential 6 games not even mentioning ones where your opponents disconnect is way easier than doing the level 34 and 35 prison of elders
