Elder Cipher Bug?
So I finally got around to beating Skolas with some friends after many failed attempts in the past week. after we beat him my two fireteam members got the cipher but I didn't. Only to find out that when I returned to the reef I have the option with Variks, but he doesn't let me complete it. I was full on bounties at the time, due to me not knowing about the previous glitch. Is there any way this is going to be fixed, or am I doomed to attempt to earn my cipher again?

4 RepliesSeems like a huge amount of guardians are having this problem short changing us for all the hard work put into the game. This type of thing really hurts the community. How did testers not find this issue, with all the data bungie has why can't we get more information on what is causing the problem, why it came up and what timeline we should look at for it to be fixed. I don't really want to play the content to be told oops it doesn't work and we will fix it but your past is in the past and unfixable. If they needed a month more to get the bugs out we all would have been good with that but, yet again the dlc drops we go nuts for it and find many broken pieces needing glue and who knows what else. It's disappointing in a game we all love and despise at the same time.

Same here...cant believe they did not test this before!!! First the etheric light now the cipher what the hell. Bungie engineer are so dumb!!! Beside your support suck big time, there is no way to open a tkt, no email address to ask for help and you don't acknowledge twitters!!!
