Is Red Death any good?
I received this as a drop from PoE, but I do not use Pulse Rifles. It feels like I am carrying a goat around. Are the perks worth the extra bulk?

It is by far my favorite pvp gun, I rarely use it in pve though, it has good range and impact(can kill in two bursts with all headshots) I out shoot TLW and Thorn all the time and the healing is really nice in skirmish and rumble, it was the first exotic gun I upgraded
