Is Red Death any good?
I received this as a drop from PoE, but I do not use Pulse Rifles. It feels like I am carrying a goat around. Are the perks worth the extra bulk?

FYI - I am horrible at Crucible and usually only play it to complete easy Bounties or for the Daily showcased match. I will likely keep Gjellyroll equipped for PvE, and try maxxing RD out using bounties to use in the sporatic Cricible matches. Thanks, everyone.
