Nothing Manacles top tier exotic?
Has anyone had the pleasure of using these babies in PVE or pvp? They absolutely wreck shit in both places.

Pve-wise combined with bloom, its already wrecking shit even before manacles out Pvp-wise, hell yea, personally it kills now with every grenade throw, before manacles its for opening before engagement
