Should Etheric light drop from level 32 poe?
Im stuck on being 33 on all characters and haven't got any Etheric light yet and I suck at pvp so trials and iron banner doesn't seem like viable options and I'm getting slaughtered on level 34 poe, so do you think etheric light should drop from level 32 poe?

I find it easy to obtain.. I find Treasure Keys harder to obtain.. ..tho I play all modes.. so I can sense if you were to have a little frustration being PvE strictly, stuck at level 33. Would be hard to progress, unless maybe you were lucky enough from RNG to get that infamous RL.
