I am searching for the best arc-burn sniper, to defeat skolas.
Any idea which one's the best?

Patience and time is the best because of rate of fire and stability and It takes the least amount of skill to get constant Crits. If you are a good shot then definitely spear. I beat skolas 3 times this week using patience and time along with the other two on fireteam
