Patience or ice?

Ice Breaker... I'm a good shot and my one issue is ammo stores in my guns. I'm also my teams designated marksman so I need to have a weapon that can provide me with power aswell as ammo capacity. And finally, i've tried it in crucible: I can pull a few kills with it while being on the move. I kind of prefere small maps as it forces me to change locations all the time and not being able to see my radar makes me want to lower my scope to check for enemies. (I like the feeling of having to be dinamic or proactive in a fight).
