Should Etheric light drop from level 32 poe?
Im stuck on being 33 on all characters and haven't got any Etheric light yet and I suck at pvp so trials and iron banner doesn't seem like viable options and I'm getting slaughtered on level 34 poe, so do you think etheric light should drop from level 32 poe?

No already got 31 since how was expecting to be able to get 3-4 a week in fact its too common and should be a chance not garenteed on 34.
