The amount of thought that must go into creating all these devices to get us to throw more hours into this game would be better spent making the game fun. Then we'd willingly waste hours upon hours in this world and hand over our money for DLC without thinking twice. My forever changing list of cool things you can pull off rather fast and slightly harder ones to implement below that. Take note Bungie. [b][u]The List:[/u] Strikes in reverse I want to find something in the wild and I have to hunt down another person who has the other half of that thing I want bounties that are a smart challenge, not a time based one I want a time base challenge, like racing from cave to cave I want racing (Guardian vs Guardian for glimmer or whatever) I want a part of the game that is like THE Badlands where you can loose the stuff you have armed to someone else I want to see the a part of the city below in flames for no reason I want one of the tower bots to start following me around for no reason I want my ghost to go on strike and refuse to come out, refuse to help me I want one of the venders to refuse to sell me something and verbally just chase me away I want to challenge other players to a shooting contest, with targets or clay pigeons I want to find a Exotic engram in the wild I want bungie to drop a new exotic in the world and tell no one about it (Surprise us Bungie) I want every enemy in an area to start chasing me while on patrol and not let up... for no reason I want to find gold in a cave or a mystery I want to open a chest and find an exotic I want to open another and find a turd or a skull or something I wasn't expecting I want 4 leaf clovers shooting out of our guns on St. Patrick's Day I want to find the most powerful weapon in the universe and only be able to use it if I can solve a really hard puzzle I want to see the beginning of the city that is behind the round door in front of The Speaker (Show me) I want 1v1 in crucible, hell I want 1v1 in the wild. A tap on the shoulder, "You want to go" (Guardian FIGHT!!!) I want to choose patrol start locations I want to feel an earthquake in the tower... out of nowhere I want squeaky toy day, where for one day all sounds are replaced with goofy ones I want to be able to move my ship on the loading screen, at least a little I want all class items to do something unexpected, not just change color (Warlock) I want the Gunsmith to pull a weapon on me and tell me to step away (A bit of a repeat but still...Fun) I want story missions thrown into Strikes (Cause there is not enough variety) I want The Tower as a free Crucible map... (Leave in the vendors so we can shoot them) I want my guardian to get fat if I don't play for a while. I want to see my equipment and character take damage over time... Look beat up, smoking coming off them, sparks. I want more than a just a sword, I want a bo staff, nunchucks, a bat, something. I want something that makes enemies run away from me or towards me, so I can Bruce Lee all of them. I want the remains of DinkleBot in the tower, broken and spouting his old lines. [u]Harder to do but equally fun:[/u] I want it to go first person in the tower, out of nowhere and everyone starts shooting each other (FOOD FIGHT!!!) I want Gambling I want a hurricane in the tower I want to see all the lights go out in the city and not know what's going on I want an Arcade in the tower to play pac man or whatever arcade games they can license I want Horde Mode I want to Hang Glide off the tower I want to use the armor I like and not have to wear the latest fashion I want the gunsmith to challenge me to a duel or a shooting game, while trash talking to me the whole time[/b] I have a ton more ideas and I will share when I have the time. I will edit this and remove the unrealistic ones and add more easy ones. If you have ideas, throw it in and if it seems to fit, I'll add to the list. No hurt feelings, this will be based on what I believe they can pull off and will dramatically make the game more fun.
