I played ODST when it came out and since i was a kid then i was apparently retarded. ODST has such a good main story and side story through the audio logs. I've also started noticing little things that i didn't notice as a kid.

I know what you mean. Not in odst but had similar experience with some movies I saw as a kid then re watched as adult and thought it was way better or there were heaps of things I didn't even notice when I was younger

Edited by Weekend Zombi: 5/31/2015 8:57:13 AMWhen i was a kid i didn't notice that the advertisement signs would change to show you the way to audio logs and objectives. I also didn't notice that when you got near audio log terminals the machines would say something to you to try to get you to go near them. When you're walking around i never noticed that the lights between the lanes on the street would pulse in the direction you were supposed to go or when you are walking toward the objective you would hear "please keep walking" come over the emergency speaker system. I also didn't make the connection that the "vergil" character from the audio logs that helps that girl was the engineer from the end of the game and the "ai" that was leading you throughout the game.
