Does "Up Close and/or Personal" Work With Throwing Knives?

Edited by gcw0068: 5/31/2015 1:14:17 AMLooks like it doesn't. Unless the perk just is In a REALLY short window. Knives before and after were doing 276 to shanks. I'd say there was a second at most from the shotgun damage to T'W knife damage. Still useful as it gives one hit normal kills in crucible. But definitely a disappointment.
