Yea my friends and I have been talking about this, and we were hopeful that it would be less of a "timesink" after the dlc came out and there were more fun things to do, but it's even worse than it was before. Before it wasn't fun because of repetition. Now it isn't fun just because there's nothing fun about it. Its not about having fun. Seemingly, it was never intended by bungie to be fun, and at no point in the development did anyone at Bungie say "but will this be fun?" it a GAME, and yet the only way bungie can seem to think to keep people playing is by making every aspect of everything impossibly difficult and arbitrary.
