Titan Shoulder Charge finally nerfed aka "The Ram"
Finally, other than blink, there is a second counter to the shoulder charge: The Ram.
I first survived a charge in ToO, but assumed it was because the striker was a 33. However, survived a couple during regular control as well. Thanks Bungie!

The ram is not that good. I've shoulder charged many warlocks with that on. I hit them and there goes thier bodies flying through the air.

The only thing I see [i]possibly[/i] surviving is a Defender with both Force Barrier and Armor of Light in his WoD plus an ally Sunsinger's reduced damage talent active during Radiance. Now that I think about it, with the exotic boots, Shoulder Charge can probably be considered a pseudo-super now.

If the titan is wearing peregrin boots or whatever they're called ram won't save you

3 Replies*equips peregrine greaves* lol lets see you survive a 600 damage knee to the face. I had a good time today seeking out armor of light bubbles to one shot the occupants.

I've tried.... wasnt airborne long enough for the damage to build. Btw: Peregrine Greaves have a base increase of 200% but increase the longer you are airborne during the SC. Highest ive done in Crucible was 850+ so far.

The lag in crucible already nerfs it pretty hard.

1 ReplyEdited by ThatVenomousCat: 6/3/2015 4:35:46 PMas a titan that uses shoulder charge and always has. i think they ninjanerfed shouldercharge because i've noticed that since the house of wolves dlc released it behaves differently. it used to be that nomatter where the enemy was aslong as your a certain radious around/above/below them it'd home in on them. now you have to be more precise and aim your camera at them for it to target lock them. unless they took the passive effect off and gave it to you in the form of peregrine greaves

The armor works on a sunsinger too and makes your radiance tankier

Haahaahaa yeah now its too funny and then tbag the titans shoulder chargers. Yesterday happened to me a lot when I was playing ib. I got shoulder charged but survived and shotgun+meled them to death. The ram +voidwalker is awesome.
