Read the update you can purchase it in iron banner lol the grind is not real
Also if you despise Pvp then you should be good at pve meaning you should be able to get the 32 34 and 35 PoE drops and that alone for me has just about every weapon I want ascended as well as multiple armor possibilities meaning not just stuck to having the exotic helmet.

Iron banner is a joke you can literally go afk and get to rank 3 easily...
