They can teleport a short distance on their own, like when you're fighting them. But they need a conflux to teleport long distances. No Confluxes in the Prison...

Thank you. I fear I may be wrong, though, with all these people saying they're there by choice. I have not done the level 34 this week yet, so I don't know what the grimoire says for Qodron, or whatever his name is. No one in the forums seem to know. Lol
