I got two from the same chest the other day I wasn't out to farm just happened across a guy starting one so figured I'd help him out...
Just mentioning as I'd wondered myself if it was worth racing away to come back again...

I was farming with my friend yesterday and he got 2 on one chest also. I just stopped and said what the hell is that kind of luck??

Thanks.... I figured it must have happened a fair few times by now... I've gotten a treasure key from the small chest after 28 POE too.

I'd wondered how rare. I got one on opening and had time for a second run and got the other one. I actually felt a little embarrassed (the other player turned and looked at me on the second key) I think I'm around 8keys from 40 opens I've got the same pulse rifle (different rolls) three times from opening them though and I have only used 5 keys
