Hello!
I don't believe they're obtainable from here on in, but I have seen the old gear drop from Vanguard and Crucible packages (Around The Dark Below). As it may be possible, I can't say for sure.

Do you know about pre-Dark Below vendor weapons? Because I really want a maxed Shadow Price :/

Yes, in fact around DB I got a Shadow Price and maxed that baby, though most likely unchanged, you may still be able to get it. Good luck on finding that beast of a weapon!
