How about a trade merchant, where a player would go to that merchant put up an exotic or legendary that they want to trade and what they want to trade for. That merchant would charge a player 25 strange coin per transaction. Another player would go to the same merchant and browse to see what's up for trade and if they have what the player wants then this player will also be charge 25 strange coin to completed the trade the completed trade will be mail to the post master.

People have brought this idea up a couple times. I think it's too easy of a trade system. Anyone can get strange coins quite easily. I think there needs to be an rng element to trading in order for it to not break the game.
