How do I get the Ill Will Hand Cannon?
Just wondering as I really want it but don't know how to get it.

Should roll for final round/increase range with lower mag size/ luck in the chamber. Pair with gauntlets for faster hand cannon reload and you have a two shot machine. Mines on 34 hunter. Missing final round, gunna keep rolling.

It's a tank. Play crucible and hope for the best.

I just had one drop in crucible. Re-rolled it n got one in the chamber and last word. So high impact gun with 2/7 dealing bonus damage.

1 ReplyAs far as I've seen, it's a random drop. I got mine from a crucible match. I'm still working on reforging towards final round and luck in the chamber. For everyone complaining about the little max size, it just means there's a higher chance of getting a critical shot out of it. I think the ideal roll would actually contain small bore to drop that mag size even further to six rounds. Honestly though, it's still not as good as any of the exotics. The only reason to chase after one is so that you can use an exotic in a different slot, if you're a collector, or, if you're like me, and you honestly believe that an exotic Hand Cannon nerf is right around the corner.

2 RepliesYou want a good hand cannon? Timurs lash has the same impact/fire rate as I'll will, but has better in every other stat (except maybe one of the hidden stats, also I'm almost positive the lash has a higher aim assist)

Does everyone want this gun for pvp? If so, I think polite denial is just as good and probably much easier to get if it still drops.

The Revelator is a better HC than the Ill Will crucible drops imo... They both don't compare to vendor HC though...

Had one drop in crucible earlier tonight , haven't tried it yet , stats look OK i guess
