In the past few days I have been farming keys like just about everyone has and suddenly I wondered what is the chance of getting a key. Then I thought as there is no official release of the percentage chance to get a key I thought why not make a average percentage drop rate from a mass amount of data. I got a friend to help me start collecting data from any ether chest obtained from the pack of public event. With the sample data of 1000 ether chests we should be able to provide a average percentage of the drop rate of treasure keys and legendary engrams. We recorded in a excel spreadsheet all items we obtained every time we opened a ether chest. In order to provide faster findings we split up 1000 ether chest and are doing 500 ether chests each. What did you think? I will be updating this every 100 chests as needed and it should be fully updated and finished by Friday with results! Please bump as this took a long time to type!
